General terms and conditions of sale.Dear clients, We thank you for your order and we hope that our creations will be very successful in your store. We inform you that all our articles are hand made in France. To respect your production time, we thank you to read the following information. Confirmation of order: your order will be confirmed only after receipt of 30% down payment, within two weeks after receiving the Pro forma invoice. All orders not confirmed within this period will be automatically cancelled. Terms and conditions: Minimum of an order: 400 € for Europe and 800 € for international. Payment of balance has to be made before shipping of the goods from the factory (by bank transfer only expanses at your charge). The price of transport (from workshop) is not included in the selling price and remains with your load as well as the insurance. If you wish, you may give us details of the carrier of your choice, as well as your customer’s number (if already known). Otherwise, we reserve our the right to choose an economical carrier: the post office by “colissimo suivi” (but delays often are not really reliable…) The Natasha Farina company is not responsible for damages during the transport (please address any complaints to the carrier) Prices are tax free and are valid till August 31st 2008. Please do not forget to give us your VAT number. Time of delivery: Time of delivery stated on your order will start after receipt of deposit (confirmation).
